Happy Jacks is a family run business established in 2004. We are registered by Ofsted to care for 52 children in any one session. We don’t however reach this limit as we like to ensure that children are providedwith extra room to explore their environment in a more calm and nurturing space.
Ofsted Rating – Office for Standards in Education
We have recently been rated by Ofsted as Good. We re-registered with Ofsted in December 2014 as we had a new Pre-School building built on site. You will find our recent Ofsted report by quoting our unique registration number EY484118 on the Ofsted website.
Over 50% of our staff have been part of the Happy Jacks team for 10 years or more and are extremely experienced, passionate and dedicated in caring for lots of individual children and Families.
All our staff have paediatric first aid training and child protection training.
Happy Jacks Early Years Practitioners are well qualified, experienced, friendly and approachable. If you have a concern or just want to ask a question then someone is always happy to help.
Along with many fully qualified Early Years Practitioners we also pride ourselves in employing a fully qualified teacher who works in our Pre-School room. We work closely with neighbouring Schools and ensure children are well prepared for school before they leave us to start their next journey.
The Nursery
Our Secure entrance ensures only permitted persons can gain access to the nursery. We recently updated our security System and have had additional cameras fitted in and around the internal and external areas of the nursery.
